The Procurement Authority of North Karelia invites you to submit an application to participate in the dynamic purchasing system for book, sheet music and multimedia recordings made available to its contracting entities for the period 17.2.2020-31.12.2023. Book entries, sheet music and multimedia recordings will be competed between those who have applied for participation and the system vendors. The dynamic purchasing system includes the Joensuu Regional Library (the cities of Joensuu and Outokumpu, the municipalities of Kontiolahti, Liper and Polvijärvi), the municipalities of Heinävesi, Ilomantsi, Juua, Rääkkylä, Tohmajärvi and Valtimo and the cities of Kitee, Lieksa and Nurmesikouli. The purchase must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities. The offer is binding and must be drafted in Finnish.
