The English Institute of Sport (EIS) is seeking to appoint 1 supplier of a high-performance athlete and sport data management system for itself and potentially certain other organizations within the high performance sport system in the UK. The system will be used to record details of athlete performance as well as science, medicine, technology and engineering services.

The EIS is acting as the Contracting Authority for the framework agreement. Although there is no guarantee of call-off contracts, the other contracting authorities entitled to call-off under the terms of the framework agreement are UK National Governing Bodies and UK Sports Institutes. We intend to invite tenders only from suppliers who can demonstrate experience in supplying effective systems to organizations (such as clubs, NGBs, and national or regional institutes) whose primary business is the support of high-performance sport.

In order to identify suppliers to take part in this important process, a pre-qualifying questionnaire (PQQ) should be submitted by interested parties in the first instance. The PQQ can be found at
