Preparation of project documentation for the task: "Improving road safety in the area of connection of national road No. 7 with poviat road No. 1942K and municipal road in Krzyszkowice"

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) preparation of comprehensive project documentation, including:

a) geodetic and cartographic studies;

b) geological and geotechnical studies;

c) multi-branch construction design together with necessary opinions, arrangements, administrative decisions;

d) materials for the application for obtaining a ZRID decision together with obtaining the final decision;

e) detailed design for each of the industries;

f) tender documentation: technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of STWiORB construction works, bill of quantities, and cost estimates (offer, investor's);

2) performing activities and developing documentation related to real estate management after obtaining the ZRID decision;

3) update of the investor's cost estimate;

4) answering the Contractors' questions at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of the investment;

5) exercising author's supervision over the implementation of the project during construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation specified in point 1;

6) obtaining a decision on environmental conditions or obtaining the opinion of an appropriate authority about the lack of the need to obtain a decision on environmental conditions.
