1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities belonging to Komunalna Spółka Żukowo Sp. z o. o. .

2. The subject of the contract shall cover the supply of electricity to 68 [PPE] sampling points. The forecast total energy demand in the period covered by the contract is approx. 3 557 MWh. The indicated consumption is only indicative, used to calculate the price of the offer, compare the offers and determine the potential value of the future contract.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities belonging to Komunalna Spółka Żukowo Sp. z o. o. .

2. The subject of the contract shall cover the supply of electricity to 68 [PPE] sampling points. The forecast total energy demand in the period covered by the contract is approx. 3 557 MWh. The indicated consumption is only indicative, used to calculate the price of the offer, compare the offers and determine the potential value of the future contract.

3. The number of measuring points given in point 2 may change during the implementation of the subject of the contract.

4. The forecast total energy consumption given in point 2 does not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given amount and in no case may it be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. Actual settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of measurement and settlement systems and according to the rates of fees resulting from the submitted offer.

5. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the Ordering Party and the distribution system operator (DSO).

6. The execution of the order will take place in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and implementing acts to this Act, in particular with the standards of quality of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503).

7. The contractor must have a current concession for trading in electricity for the entire duration of the contract concluded in the procedure.
