The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts (lot 1) and the issuance of purchase orders (lot 2) under the terms of the specifications. Criteria for awarding subsequent contracts for Lot No. 1 are set out in the specifications. Each batch will be assigned separately. Lot 1, subject to subsequent contracts, will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders) and will result in subsequent contracts.Lot 2 will be awarded to a single economic operator and will result in the issuance of purchase orders.
