Purpose of the intended measure: Establishment and implementation of the property-related energy concept.

Cost limit: approx. 6 365 000.00 EUR (gross)

The measure covers the entire medium-voltage level of the property and numerous low-voltage connections to the buildings. The task is to bring the power supply of the property up to the state of the art. The planned measure is being carried out for the Bundeswehr. The specific security requirements must be observed.

Technical planning for technical equipment in system groups 4, 5 and 8 as well as object planning for civil engineering and traffic systems: Part 4 Section 2 Sections 53-56 HOAI 2013 and Part 3 Section 3 Sections 41-44 HOAI 2013 and Part 3 Section 4 Sections 45-48 HOAI 2013 the basic services of LPH 2, 3 and 5 to 8. Except in the case of a system group 8 LPH 7 is not commissioned here.

A conversion surcharge of 20.0% is planned.
