The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of emergency clothing for the fire service personnel.

Rogaland Brann og Redning IKS has established the company SASIRO AS, which is responsible for the operation of the public safety centre in Rogaland. The company can make call offs against the agreement without any obligations to do so.

If the tenderer has other clothing (shoes, gloves, caps, etc.) of a simpler variety, that is relevant in connection with emergency clothing, the Contracting Authority shall be able to purchase such products through this agreement but must not prevent the conclusion of separate agreements for such products.
