This contract includes the repair or replacement of the following building elements: roofing, windows, communal doors, decoration of all communal areas (both inside and out), fencing, pathways and concrete repairs. This project is to re-procure a 4 year programme of external enveloping repairs to stock that has been prioritised for repairs and cyclical decorations. Wandle will appoint single supplier.
