Framework agreement for the provision of services entrusted to quantity surveying firms:
- Calculation of living areas, useful surfaces and rent per dwelling, in compliance with the HLM regulatory framework,
- Calculation of the receipt per dwelling integrating the recoverable expenses determined with the services of Group 3F,
- Feeding of Heritage Migration files (MIPA Files), intended for the integration of heritage data into the information system of the 3F group,
- Information of H1 and H2 declarations,
- Establishment of quantity surveys,
- Training (teams/service providers), travel & specific requests of the Buyer.
Companies based in Ile de France: I3F, 3FR, 3F S&M & La Clarm- Calculation of living areas, useful surfaces and rent per dwelling, in compliance with the HLM regulatory framework,
- Calculation of the receipt per dwelling integrating the recoverable expenses determined with the services of Group 3F,
- Feeding of Heritage Migration files (MIPA Files), intended for the integration of heritage data into the information system of the 3F group,
- Information of H1 and H2 declarations, according to the dematerialized regulatory model,
- Establishment of quantity sheets for the subsequent maintenance of the heritage; They include, by dwelling and by room, the surfaces of ceilings, walls, floors, windows, earthenware, the linear pipes, skirting boards, ...,
- Training of teams (project managers, assistants, housing managers...) and service providers (training & travel) and specific requests of the Buyer (e.g. in situ quantity surveys).
