The object of the order is the reception, transportation and development service in processes R-1 — R-12 caloric waste - components for the production of alternative fuel RDF or pre-RDF from the Red Boron Waste Processing and Disposal Facility derived from mechanical treatment The total amount of estimated waste to be transferred is approximately 17.000 Mg/year (min. 11000Mg). With the provision that the Contracting Authority is obliged to transfer to the Contractor for development of at least 11.000 Mg during the course of the contract.

The object of the order is the reception, transport and development service in processes R-1 — R-12 caloric waste - components for the production of alternative fuel RDF or pre-RDF from the Red Boron Waste Processing and Disposal Facility derived from mechanical waste treatment, i.e. :

- sorted material as so-called supersieve fraction > 80mm. in the form of a caloric fraction with a combustion heat greater than 6 MJ/kg of dry matter derived from mechanical treatment of waste in the sorting plant — after processing mixed municipal waste and cleaning of packaging waste selectively collected, in the amount of ok.12.000Mg. The minimum amount of waste to be transferred over a period of 12 months shall be set at 8000 Mg.

Received lots of waste may vary as to value, and any differences will not constitute the Contractor's claims in relation to the Contracting Authority

-waste in the form of a caloric fraction with a combustion heat greater than 6 MJ/kg of dry matter derived from mechanical treatment — shredding of large-sized waste on the shredder, stored in bulk, in the amount of approximately 5.000Mg. The minimum amount of waste to be transferred shall be fixed at 3,000 Mg.

The total amount of estimated waste to be transferred is approximately 17.000 Mg/year (min. 11000Mg). Subject that the Contracting Authority is obliged to transfer to the Contractor for development of at least 11.000 Mg during the course of the contract.

Actual quantity transferred to the management of waste according to the request of the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall not pursue any claims for a reduction in the amount of waste received.
