This tender concerns the tender for the selection of entrepreneurs for the transport (where applicable) and the processing of various waste fractions from environmental parks and the Joint Regulation Geul & Maas and the industrial waste of the municipality of Maastricht. There are nine (9) lots on which entrepreneurs can tender, with each lot corresponding to one framework agreement:

Processing of SoilThe assignment includes the processing of soil. The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included programme of requirements (see Annex 3 (T1 to T4) technical specifications). The soil to be processed is also included in the programme of requirements. Soil consists of solid material, consisting of mineral parts with a maximum grain size of 2 millimetres and organic matter in a proportion and with a structure naturally found in the soil, as well as naturally occurring shells and gravel with a grain size of 2 to 63 millimetres, with the exception of dredged material.
- Land of the environmental parks (GR Geul and Maas); Soil released during excavations at private plots. The land is supplied by private individuals in accordance with the acceptance conditions of the environmental parks.
- Land of the municipal yard (Municipality of Maastricht); Soil that is released during small-scale excavations in public spaces. Think of small paving work and the renovation of green spaces. The land is collected by the municipality of Maastricht at the municipal yard and offered to the processor.

Processing of MetalsThe assignment includes the processing of metals (mix). The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included in the programme of requirements. The metals to be processed are also included in the schedule of requirements. They are metals in the waste stage and (largely consisting of metals) waste materials such as (metal) scrap, stainless steel, residues of zinc, aluminum, copper, lead, and alloys, precious metals, metal dust and catalysts used in cars. Both metal waste that has been separately collected or separately delivered and metal waste that has been generated after sorting or separation. The waste to be treated is hereinafter referred to as WASTE.
- Metals from the environmental parks (GR Geul en Maas); Metals or mostly (>50 % by weight) solid waste consisting of metals released by private households and similar producers, both ferrous and non-ferrous. The metals are supplied as a mixed stream by private individuals in accordance with the acceptance conditions of the environmental parks.
- Metals from the municipal yard (Municipality of Maastricht); Metals or mostly (>50 by weight) solid waste consisting of metals that is often dumped/dumped unannounced by residents and is therefore found by Stadsbeheer gemeente Maastricht in the public space of the municipality of Maastricht. These metals are collected by Stadsbeheer gemeente Maastricht at the municipal yard as mixed stream offered to the processor.

Processing of DebrisThe assignment involves the processing of debris. The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included in the programme of requirements. The debris to be processed is also included in the schedule of requirements. Rubble (stony material) consists mainly of concrete and masonry, tiles, roof tiles, stones, containment belts, marl and stone grit and ballast gravel. - Debris from the environmental parks (GR Geul and Maas); Debris created during the construction, renovation and demolition of private buildings, structures and garden pavement. The rubble is supplied by private individuals in accordance with the acceptance conditions of the environmental parks.
- Rubble from the municipal yard (Municipality of Maastricht); Debris that is released during small-scale repair work in public spaces. Think of small paving work. The rubble is collected by Stadsbeheer gemeente Maastricht at the municipal yard and offered to the processor.

Processing of Roof WasteThe assignment includes the processing of roof waste. The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included in the program of requirements. The roof waste to be processed is also included in the programme of requirements. Roof waste consists mainly of tar-containing and bituminous material with adhering dirt such as: insulation material, wood, roof gravel, aluminum roof moldings, etc. - - - Roof waste from the environmental parks (GR Geul en Maas); Roof waste that is released during the construction, renovation and demolition of private buildings and structures. The roof waste is supplied by private individuals in accordance with the acceptance conditions of the environmental parks.

Transport and processing of FatsThe assignment includes the processing (including collection and transport) of frying oil. The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included in the programme of requirements. The frying oil to be processed is also included in the program of requirements.
- It concerns frying oil (fats and oils) that are released by private households and handed in to the environmental parks. The fats and oils are supplied by private individuals in accordance with the acceptance conditions of the environmental parks, which are attached to the program of requirements.

Gypsum processingThe assignment includes the processing of plaster. The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included in the programme of requirements. The plaster to be processed is also included in the program of requirements. Gypsum consists mainly of plaster in the form of (pieces of) plaster blocks, plasterboard and plaster mainly from private construction and décor construction.
- Gypsum of the environmental parks (GR Geul en Maas); Gypsum that is released during the construction, renovation and demolition of private buildings and structures. The plaster is supplied by private individuals in accordance with the acceptance conditions of the environmental parks.

Hard Plastics ProcessingThe assignment includes the processing of hard plastics. The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included in the programme of requirements. The hard plastics to be processed are also included in the program of requirements. Hard plastics mainly consist of: pallets, buckets, crates, laundry baskets, boxes, boxes, garden furniture, PVC pipes, windows, doors, shutters, cable ducts, HDPE pipes, Plastic toys, Plastic roll containers, car bumpers, flower pots, trays, clean jerry cans & barrels, etc. - Hard plastics from the environmental parks (GR Geul and Maas); Hard plastics that are released by private households in the form of goods that are (partially) defective or 'used up'. Transport and processing of mattressesThe assignment includes the processing (including collection and transport) of mattresses and toppers. The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included in the programme of requirements. The mattresses to be processed are also included in the program of requirements.
- These are mattresses and toppers (new and used) that are released from private households and returned to the environmental parks. The mattresses and toppers are supplied by private individuals in accordance with the acceptance conditions of the environmental parks, which are attached to this PvE.
- In addition, they are mattresses and toppers (new and used) that are found in public spaces by Stadsbeheer Maastricht. Mattresses and toppers mainly consist of: polyether, latex, metal and textiles.

Processing of bulky wasteThe contract covers the treatment of bulky household waste. The scope of the contract, the starting points and the indicative quantities are included in the programme of requirements. The bulky household waste to be treated is also included in the programme of requirements. Bulky household waste consists of all kinds of residual fractions of: bulky waste, stony material, foil, plaster, Ytong block, (waste) wood, metals, insulation, rubber, paper / cardboard, plastics, plastics, carpets, household goods (including sofas) and mattresses (insofar as these are wet and / or contaminated and therefore no longer recyclable).
