The subject of the order is successive supply of medicinal products, parenteral and enteral nutrition preparations including kits and tests for measuring glucose to the Independent Public Health Care Faculty in Parczew, broken down into 25 tasks in assortment and quantities specified in detail in the attached price forms annex 3 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party shall allow submission of partial tenders. The Contractor may submit a bid for any part/part or for the entire item of the order. The offered item of the contract listed in price forms must be approved for marketing and use in Poland in accordance with applicable law. The Contractor shall offer the expiration date of the shipped assortment not less than 6 months from the date of delivery.
