The subject of the contract are supplies consisting in the supply of a mixture of natural crushed aggregate (gravel + natural crushed aggregate), hereinafter referred to as aggregate, with a total amount of 1200 m3 for indicated places on forest roads in the administrative area of the Miłomłyn Forest District and the arrangement / spreading of the mixture in a way that ensures supplementing the road surface defects indicated by the Ordering Party. Crushed aggregate, with a fraction of 0-63 mm, may come from crushing grains of gravel or erratic stones or rock raw material. The ratio of the gravel/stone/rock mix is to be 50:50. A tolerance of 10 % shall be allowed.
1. Information on the technology of work.
The aggregate should be homogeneous without foreign impurities such as: metal, plastic, wooden, glass waste and without clay admixtures. If the aggregate content of these impurities is revealed, the Purchaser shall refuse to accept the delivery. The Ordering Party has the right to examine the delivered aggregate in terms of: quality, quantity and contamination. In the event of finding any of the above-mentioned circumstances, the Contracting Authority may refuse to pay the remuneration, charge the Contractor with the costs of quality testing and demand replacement of aggregate (at the Contractor's expense) with those that meet the requirements within 2 working days from the date on which the given circumstance occurred. The contracting authority requires that the unloading of aggregate takes place in a controlled manner, consisting in the placement/spreading of such a layer of aggregate to compensate for the loss and enable the movement of vehicles.
Each aggregate delivery (amount of aggregate and place of delivery) will be agreed in detail between the Ordering Party and the Contractor. The exact places of delivery will always be indicated by the competent foresters or sub-foresters.
The contractor must use appropriate means of transport that will not cause damage to the road surface, including forest roads. Each delivery of a batch of aggregate must take place in the presence of a competent forester or sub-forester.
The Contractor, each time the aggregate is delivered, is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority (forester, sub-forester) with a proof of WZ.
The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract with due diligence and on time.
2. The contracting authority does not provide for an on-site inspection – it is not required to submit a bid after the on-site inspection.
3. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract by the Contractor. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of intending to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in his offer the parts of the contract (ranges in kind), the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to specify the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. Such an indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce a subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract.
