The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate, including mixed real estate (i.e. real estate that is partly real estate on which residents live, and in part real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated) and real estate on which summer houses and other real estate are located used for part of the year for recreational and leisure purposes, located in the Krzęcin Municipality.

The scope of the order also includes:

1) providing access to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) for the purposes of collecting and managing municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the Krzęcin Municipality, which will be located

at a distance of no more than 60 km from the seat of the Krzęcin Commune Office;

2) equipping single-family and homestead properties, mixed single-family properties and properties on which there are summer houses and other properties used for recreational purposes with bags for selective collection of municipal waste;

3) equipping multi-family and mixed-family properties with containers for selective collection of municipal waste;

4) equipping the Ordering Party with containers for expired medicines and packaging of medicines as well as used batteries and accumulators;

5) organizing a round collection of bulky waste twice a year;

6) organizing twice a year a travelling collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment;

7) keeping reporting and documentation related to the implementation of the contract.
