Cleaning of 12 – 1 and 2 storey School buildings and associated works by a single contractor.

The total School area comprises approx 10,176 m2. Cleaning is required for daily evening cleaning from 15.30 onwards with deep-cleaning during holiday periods of Summer and Easter The requirement will be for a 45 week per year service.

Enhanced CRB checks for all staff is a requirement. TUPE will apply.
