South Derbyshire District Council is inviting expressions of interest for the two following services:

Lot 1 - Gas Safety and Heating Maintenance.

Lot 2 - Electrical Repairs and Maintenance.

To be considered to be invited to tender, Contractors must complete a Pre Qualification Questionnaire for each lot that they are interested in. If any contractors are invited to tender for both lots, the Form of Tender for each lot will give them the opportunity to add a discount to their submitted tender that will be applied if they are awarded both lots.

The lots will be awarded as separate contracts even if the both lots are awarded to the same contractor and any subsequent extensions to either contract will be considered on their own individual merits. The lots will not be awarded as a combined contract.
