1) The subject of the contract is the design and construction together with the delivery of a large-scale reduction model for the Maritime University of Szczecin for the needs of the project "Center for the Exploitation of Floating Objects" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014-2020
A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:
- description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1a (task No. 1) and 1b (task No. 2) to the SWZ,
- the proposed provisions of the contract set out in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
