The subject of this award are transport services in local rail passenger transport (SPNV) in the area of responsibility of the client.

The services to be awarded are to be provided in the Main-Weser sub-network on the following route:

- RMV line RE30: Frankfurt Hbf - Gießen - Kassel Hbf ..

The services to be awarded include a total of in the 2025 timetable year

- approx. 1.7 million train kilometers / year. Of which are omitted

- approx. 1.2 million train kilometers / year on the RMV and

- approx. 0.5 million train kilometers / year on the NVV.

The sub-network mentioned above is only awarded as a total service.
