Description:
Provision of black and white printout and copy services on 84 devices provided by the Contractor

1) The subject of the contract is the service of printing / copying in black and white, in A4 and A3 format on 84 multifunctional network devices.

2) The service includes the delivery of devices by the Contractor, their service along with the replacement of consumables (not applicable to paper), including toners.

4) The list of places and the number of printouts can be found in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference.

5) The forecasted quantities given in the table contained in the Offer are forecast values. These values are indicated only for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous offer by the Contracting entity and do not constitute the Ordering Party's obligation towards the Contractor. The Ordering Party guarantees the performance of the contract at the level of min. 70% of the copies specified in the documentation of the proceedings.

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of printing and copying in A4 and A3 format in black and white mode, on 84 multifunctional network devices, supplied by the Contractor and installed in the locations specified in the list of this Annex.

2. The price for the service will be included in the price of a single page of A4 printout in black and white mode. The costs will be calculated on the basis of the indications of the printing counters of the devices in a monthly period. Remark! A printout in A3 format should be counted by the contractor as two copies in A4 format.

The price should include the operation of the equipment, its wear, consumption of consumables (except paper) and all costs related to the implementation of the service (including possible costs of service and repair). The Ordering Party shall not bear other costs than the price of 1 page of printout in proportion to their quantity.

3. The Ordering Party does not require the delivered devices to be new devices. The only determinant is the good quality of prints and copies, i.e.: clean, white background without dirt, correct reproduction and fixation, good contrast (gray is not allowed instead of black)

4. The devices will be delivered and installed at the expense of the Contractor, for the duration of the contract. A detailed list of locations is included in Annex 1 to the Agreement.

5. The Contractor undertakes to maintain technical efficiency and carry out all necessary technical inspections and repairs of equipment.

6. In particular, the subject matter of the contract shall cover the following scope:

1) Delivery, installation, connection to the network and commissioning of printing devices (network parameters will be entered by the Ordering Party) – 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

2) Maintaining full functionality (including the replacement of spare parts with brand new ones, or if new ones are not commercially available, it is allowed to be completely functional from the secondary circulation, specified in the technical documentation of the device), by repairing the device or replacing the device (if it is not possible to perform on-site repair) with a fully operational, configured and ready to work with parameters not worse than the replaced device. The cost of spare parts and materials as well as the cost of delivery shall be covered by the Contractor.

3) Supply and replacement of brand new consumables on an ongoing basis to ensure uninterrupted operation of devices. The cost of consumables, including the cost of their delivery (except paper) shall be covered by the Contractor. Replaced parts and consumables must guarantee good quality of the documents created (printouts with good contrast, with a clean white background without dirt).
