Part of the IGJ and NZa's joint 'Integrity in Operational Management' program deals with casuistry in response to signals about possible non-integrity in business operations. This requires specific knowledge and expertise in the field of forensic accountancy and integrity investigations. This knowledge and expertise is available to a limited extent at the IGJ and the NZa. For that reason, the IGJ and the NZa intend to conclude a framework agreement with parties that offer services in the field of forensic accountancy. This assignment relates to integrity investigations that must be carried out at healthcare organizations in response to signals about possible non-integrity of the relevant healthcare provider.

The client estimates that he will use the expertise of one of the contractors associated with the framework agreement for approximately 5 investigations per year.
