The delivery includes equipment for the metal laboratory of the prototype room at
Szyperska 8 in Poznań divided into 4 parts:
1) CNC milling machine - part 1 of the order
2) CNC bending machine for pipes and profiles - part 2 of the order
3) Waterjet - part 3 of the order
4) 3D laser cutter for metal, chainsaw/hacksaw for metal and band saw/band saw for metal - part 4 of the order.
Remark! Lot 4 of the contract shall not be subdivided.
Purchase of CNC milling machineThe delivery includes the purchase of a CNC milling machine.
Part 1, orders will be executed
in three stages:
STAGE I
Acceptance of the device at the Contractor by November 28, 2023, commissioning
in the presence of a representative of the Contracting Authority to check the operation.
Writing a partial acceptance protocol No. 1, which will trigger payment in the amount of 80% of the contract value. After payment, the device becomes the property of the Ordering Party;
Stage II
Installation (assembly) of the device in the prototype room at 8 Szyperska Street in P-niu, securing for the duration of construction works in the building (approximately February 2024), writing the partial acceptance protocol No. 2, which will trigger the payment
in the amount of 10% of the contract value;
Stage III:
Commissioning of the device (approximately November 2024), testing, stationary training of UAP employees in the field of operation and servicing (min. 2 working days after
8 hours a day), calibration and validation, writing a final acceptance protocol that will trigger a payment of 10% of the contract value.
Other terms of the contract are specified in detail in the Descriptions of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annexes No. 2A to the SWZ – for part No. 1 of the contract and in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Purchase of CNC bending machine for pipes and profilesThe delivery includes the purchase of a CNC bending machine for pipes and profiles.
Part 2 of the order will be executed

Part 3 of the order will be executed
in three stages:

Part 4 /1 of the order will be executed
in three stages:

Lot 4/2 (chainsaw/cutter for metal) and part 4/3 (saw/band saw for metal) orders will be processed in one stage. The scope of the order includes delivery, commissioning and testing of the device in the presence of the Ordering Party's representative, stationary training of 2 UAP employees in the field of operation and servicing (min. 5 hours).
