The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled "Modernization of the technological line of the waste sorting plant in Częstochowa Municipal Enterprise Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn along with technical design of the extension and modernization of the Waste Management Plant". The scope of work includes the preparation of a technological design, executive design, disassembly, delivery and assembly of equipment of the technological line of the waste sorting plant. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the Functional and Utility Concept together with attachments, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
