for the five sub-measures of the individual measure: here B,D,E+F, I and O

At the naval base Eckernförde, both new construction and renovation measures of the technical area are planned. The technical area measure shall comprise the following specific measures:

1. Construction phase "New building"

- Sub-measure B - Renovation of building 58 (including demolition of building 63) and extension of boat halls and workshop (approved costs 10,070,360.85 €)

- Sub-measure D - New construction of protective roofs and storage areas SEK-M (today KSM)

(Approved costs €3,890,430.63)

- Sub-measure E+F - New construction of protective roofs and storage areas MSK, Other grannys, KranTrp warehouse and container storage areas

(Approved costs €5,436,870.84)

- Sub-measure I - New construction of equipment for vehicle and equipment washing (approved costs € 2,017,634.54)

- Sub-measure K + Ka - New parachute drying tower and parachute test group

(Approved costs 4,913,438.69 € parachute drying tower / Costs submitted for approval Parachute test group 10,451,000.00) separate tender, not part of this tender

2. Construction phase "Renovation"

- Sub-measure O - Renovation of building 65 (approved costs € 3,156,458.63)

The planned measure is a large construction project (GNUE) of the BMVg. Ew-Bau is approved. There is an execution order from 08.02.2021 according to RBBau section E4 in which the total amount of the approved costs in the amount of 29,486,000 € is shown.

The ES-Bau for the measure Ka – Parachute Test Group was submitted for approval with a cost of 10,451,000 €. Due to the technical connections, this measure has been included in the measure of the technical area, specifically to the measure K – parachute drying tower.

The client intends to award the following planning services for the structural design in accordance with the draft contract.

Fee zones and construction costs:

Sub-measure B: Fee zone II, KG 300 approx. 4,900,000 € gross, KG 400 approx. 2,370,000 € gross, a conversion and modernization surcharge is granted

Sub-measure D: Fee zone II, KG 300 approx. 1,000,000€ gross, KG 400 approx. 106,000€ gross

Sub-measure E+F: Fee zone II, KG 300 approx. € 1,310,000 gross, KG 400 approx. € 690,000 net

Teilbaumaßnahme I: Honorarzone III, KG 300 approx. 6.26.000€ gross, KG 400 approx. 810.000 € gross

Sub-measure O: Fee zone II, KG 300 approx. 1,760,000 € gross, KG 400 approx. 890,000 € gross, a conversion and modernization surcharge is granted
