The current status of work is based on 5 full storeys with a maximum floor height of 5 m, followed by a recessed staggered storey and a high point of the building as an accent. This results in a building height of max. 30.0 m to the upper edge of the attic and max. 37.0 m for the high point of the building.

The area of the BDC will comprise approx. 8,000 m2 of gross floor area and approx. 5,000 m2 of usable space.

The land intended for construction has an area of approximately 8,700 m2 and is adjacent to public traffic space.

The content of this tender is the subsoil investigations (detailed exploration concept, awarding of drilling and exploration services, drilling supervision, geotechnical reports) for the new BDC building and the associated outdoor facilities.
