WFD in Hrubieszów Fuel supply in 2024

-Task No. 1 Supply of Pb-95 gasoline, diesel oil to company vehicles of the WFD Hrubieszów and the Road District in Hrubieszów in 2024

-Task No. 2 Supply of Pb-95 gasoline, diesel oil to the service vehicles of the Road District in Tyszowce in 2024

1) Delivery for croup no. 1 will consist of

Deliveries of E5 gasoline (Pb-95) in a maximum amount of 4,500 l and B7 diesel oil in a maximum amount of 17,000 l, to company vehicles of the WFD Hrubieszów and the Road District in Hrubieszów in 2024 – as needed, collection of the above-mentioned deliveries by the Ordering Party at the Contractor's service stations on working days and on Sundays and holidays as needed during the station's operating hours, as well as throughout the day during the Winter Road Maintenance campaign, i.e. from 01-01-2024. by 30-04-2024 and from 01-11-2024 to 31-12-2024. The fuel distribution line should be located at a distance of no more than 10 km from the WFD Headquarters in Hrubieszów.1) Cashless refuelling throughout the month.

2) The following settlement periods for Non-Cash Transactions are determined: from the 1st to the last day of the month on the basis of a summary statement provided by the Contractor within 7 days after the expiry of the given period. The date of sale is considered to be the last day of the accounting period.

3) The summary statement should include: specification of the retail price on a given day, date and time of fuel collection, logbook number, registration number of the refueled vehicle, name of the person collecting the fuel and his legible signature, this statement will be the basis for issuing an invoice.

4) Ensuring that the invoiced fuel price will be consistent with the prices applicable to all customers at the Contractor's at the time of purchase, taking into account the discount offered.

4. The Ordering Party allows recording and settlement of collected fuels and consumables using electronic fuel cards, provided that their use is in accordance with the provisions of this SWZ and the model contract and that the Ordering Party will not incur additional costs related to their release and operation.

5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the ordered quantities of fuels in accordance with the needs of the WFD, in which case the provisions of point 12 shall apply.

6. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of changing the supply of one fuel to another within the maximum value of the entire order.

2) Delivery for croup no. 2 will consist of

Deliveries of E 5 gasoline (Pb-95) in a maximum amount of 1,000 l and B 7 diesel oil in a maximum amount of 15,000 l to company vehicles of the Road District in Tyszowce in 2024, – as needed, collection of the above-mentioned deliveries by the Ordering Party at the Contractor's service stations on working days and on Sundays and holidays as needed during the station's operating hours, as well as throughout the day during the Winter Road Maintenance campaign, i.e. from 01-01-2024. by 30-04-2024 and from 01-11-2024. until 31-12-2024 .
