Technical inspection services for various operations.

The technical inspection services will apply to the construction, renovation and rehabilitation of buildings in the municipality of Saint-Germain-en-Laye and/or new or rehabilitated infrastructure, as well as civil engineering works. In particular, the opinion of the technical controller is sought on the soundness of the works and the safety of persons. He may also be commissioned to assist the contractor in the project competition phase in the examination of 3 to 4 projects submitted by the candidates in the offer phase. The activity of a technical controller is incompatible with the exercise of any activity in the design, execution or expertise of a work. The master purchase order agreement is concluded without a minimum or maximum annual amount pursuant to Article R. 2162-4 3º of the Public Order Code. As an indicative and non-contractual basis, the average annual expenditure for the last four years is EUR 30 823 excluding VAT.
