Description:
Delivery of L-1 light fuel oil

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of light fuel oil L-1 – hereinafter referred to as "heating oil", for heating purposes, depending on the current demand of the Ordering Party and its successive delivery to the Ordering Party's tanks, in accordance with the orders placed by the Ordering Party, in the total quantity specified in Annex 2 – "Price Form". The maximum size of one delivery is up to 31 m3.

2. Light fuel oil L-1 must meet the quality standards set out in PN-C-96024:2011 (Oil preparations - fuel oils) for grade L-1, which should be reflected in the form of a quality certificate delivered to each batch of delivery.

2. Light fuel oil L-1 must meet the quality standards set out in PN-C-96024:2011 (Oil preparations - fuel oils) for grade L-1, which should be reflected in the form of a quality certificate delivered to each batch of delivery.

3. Light fuel oil L-1 must comply with Polish standards and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1680), by Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 1 March 2017 on methods of testing quality light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil and engine oil for inland navigation vessels (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 584), the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 as amended).

4. The batch of delivery means the autocysterical one-time supply of fuel oil of one type and grade, identified by a transport document (e.g. proof of infusion, proof of issuance/atest) and a certificate (certificate) of quality.

5. The quantity of fuel oil supplied shall be invoiced in accordance with the m3-based fuel sales system volumetric at a reference temperature of 15°C.

6. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality of fuel oil supplied.

7. Minimum parameters that light fuel oil must meet:

7.1. Value of min. 42.6 MJ/kg;

7.2. Density at 15°C max. 860 kg/m3;

7.3. Ignition temperature above 56°C;

7.4. Kinematic viscosity at 20°C max 6,00 mm2/s;

7.5. Sulphur content max 0.1% (m/m).

8. Heating oil shall be supplied with automotive tankers in accordance with the requirements of standard PN-91/C-04024, fitted with filler tips with a legalized “measurer” in units of measurement - litre. Deliveries must be carried out with specialised autocysterns supplied with important legalisation characteristics of publishing equipment — pumps and printers — indicating the exact amount of fuel oil spent at real and reference temperature +15°C (publishing equipment should also hold legalization certificates issued by the Office of Measures and Wag).

9. Heating oil will be supplied in accordance with all applicable rules governing the carriage of hazardous materials according to RID/ADR.

10. Fuel oil will be supplied by tankers to the contractor at his expense. The price of transport and filling of the ordering party's tanks is included in the unit price of 1 m3 of fuel oil. The price of 1 m3 of fuel oil delivered within the scope of the order will be calculated each time in accordance with § 3 section 1 of the "Draft provisions of the contract", which are Annex 3 to swz.
