The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – the "Forest Act") covering works to be performed in the Płock Forest District in 2023. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - "Public Procurement Law") and executive acts to the Public Procurement Law. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds.
