Public service contract for consultancy and litigation management

The contract is for an advisory and litigation recovery service. Collection management concerns amicable and judicial proceedings for claims relating to benefits arising mainly from commercial contracts concluded with the agency. This includes:

- the monitoring and management of the amicable settlement plans granted by the agency to its clients,

- recovery by amicable procedure of the claims of the agency, mainly through formal notices issued by the bailiff,

- Non-judicial recovery of uncontested claims (RCI),

- the recovery by disputed and uncontested judicial procedure of the claims of the agency.
