Bizob acts as contracting authority for the tender on behalf of the following organizations: Dommelvallei Service, Geldrop-Mierlo municipality, Nuenen ca municipality, Son en Breugel municipality

The agreement consists of the performance of the following accountant activities:

1. the interim check and the management letter;

2. the audit of the annual accounts and the report of findings;

3. the auditor's report accompanying the annual accounts;

4. the natural advisory function.

In addition, additional services can be requested, such as the provision of audit reports for partial accounts that do not fall under the SISA scheme.

An agreement with an initial term of four (4) years is entered into with one accounting firm. The agreement also includes two optional extension options of two (2) and one (1) years respectively. The maximum term is therefore seven (7) years (4 + 2 + 1).
