A framework agreement is put out to tender that includes IT support for the entire IT and media equipment in the campus locations of the FernUniversität in Hagen.

The FernUniversität in Hagen (hereinafter referred to as the client) operates 12 campuses throughout Germany. They are important links between the students and the client. As branch offices of the client, the campus locations offer our students a contact opportunity close to their place of residence. The range of services offered by the campus locations includes:

4. Events

5. Professional support

6. Support for student self-study groups

7. Transfer activities between science and society
