DigiFinland Oy (later the client) requests tenders for the document archive service in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The target of the procurement is the document archive's electronic information management and archiving solution, as part of DigiFinland's Electronic Archiving service. The solution is used to produce an agile, easy-to-use and scalable electronic archive for archiving organizations' documents and managing related processes in various use cases. The document archive service to be procured allows you to fulfill legal obligations for documents.

The agreement is valid until further notice.

Based on the competitive tendering process, the client will select one supplier and two deputy suppliers.
