Medway Council's HRA Service wish to appoint a professional and experience contractor to undertake the water management requirements for elements of the councils housing stock.

This is a long terms provision based on an initial 4 year contract with the option to extend for two further periods of 4 years each to a full term of 12 years.

Contract is anticipated to run from September 2024
