The assignment to be tendered consists of making an HRM application available in the form of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and providing services with regard to payroll processing.

In addition, Rijn IJssel asks for 2 options:

- Option 1 Finance: the automated support of the following Financial Management processes: processing; Control; report; ledger; memorial; budget; Debtors; Creditors; Cash; fixed asset; projects;

- Option 2 Purchasing: the automated support of the following processes in the field of Purchasing Management: spend management; contract and supplier management; request/order/monitor including aftercare.
