The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts for SKODA, BMW and FORD vehicles for the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for individual parts is included in the assortment lists, Annex 1a) to the SWZ, i.e.; - for task No. 1 – SKODA (Annex No. 1a) to the SWZ marked 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15), - for task No. 2 – BMW (Annex No. 1a) to the SWZ marked No. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4), - for task No. 3 – FORD (Annex No. 1a) to the SWZ marked No. 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14). Spare parts supplied must be; 1) brand new and derived from the current catalog of spare parts of the Manufacturer or Contractor, 2) in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 of 27 May 2010 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to categories of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector, 3) marked with international type-approval marks used in the approval of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) UN) -"E" or European Union "e", 4) marked with the characteristics of the vehicle manufacturer for which the national vehicle type-approval certificate was issued, 5) free from technical and legal defects, authorized for marketing and grade I-go, 6) in packaging marked with a logo – trademark of the vehicle manufacturer or part manufacturer and will have on the packaging the part number of the vehicle manufacturer or part manufacturer, 7) meet the requirements of Article 70g, item 6. Act of 20.06.1997r. – Road Traffic Law / Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450, as amended. as amended/prohibited from placing on the market a new piece of equipment or part without the required appropriate type-approval certificate or marketing authorisation, 8) take into account the quality classification of spare parts in accordance with the European Commission Regulation GVO 461/2010. The Contractor undertakes to provide a minimum 12-month warranty for the supplied assortment, but not shorter than the warranty of the manufacturer of spare parts. The warranty period will be counted from the date of delivery of spare parts. If quality defects are found in the delivered assortment during the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to replace the assortment with one free from defects within no more than 14 days from the date of submitting the complaint at the Contractor's expense.
