The purpose of the contract is to set up a mission to assist in the implementation of the Intermunicipal Housing Conference and the elaboration of the Intermunicipal Allocation Agreement and the Partnership Plan for Managing the Demand for Social Housing and Information of the Applicant (PPGDID).

The market is composed in two phases. The provider will accompany the establishment of the Intermunicipal Housing Conference and the definition of an intercommunal policy for the allocation of social rental housing (phase 1) and the development of a Partnership Plan for Managing the Demand for Social Housing and Information of Applicants (PPGDID) (Phase 2).
