The purpose of this tender procedure is the establishment of the framework contract for full risk maintenance service over 12 months' period including:

— preventive maintenance service: one planned visit per year;

— corrective maintenance upon request: no limit to the number of visits on-site;

— full calibration services and certification (if applicable);

— supply of original spare parts and consumables necessary for the preventive and corrective maintenance;

— supply of software (SW) up-date if applicable.
