Implementation of the City Bike System in Starachowice as part of the project "Improvement of public transport in Starachowice through modernization of infrastructure and purchase of low-emission rolling stock – stage II"

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the City Bike System in Starachowice as part of the project "Improvement of public transport in Starachowice through modernization of infrastructure and purchase of low-emission rolling stock – stage II" under the budget title: "Improvement of public transport in Starachowice through modernization of infrastructure and purchase of low-emission rolling stock – stage II", task: Construction of a system of bicycle paths and introduction of a city bike, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 Axis 3 "Effective and green energy" Measure 3.4 "Low-emission strategy, support for sustainable multimodal urban mobility. As part of the preparation of this procedure, preliminary market consultations were conducted (pursuant to Article 84 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019). The main scope of the contract includes: 1. The subject of the Order is the implementation of the City Bike System in Starachowice as part of the project "Improvement of public transport in Starachowice through modernization of infrastructure and purchase of low-emission rolling stock – stage II". Co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020.As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver, install, implement and test the City Bike System in the City of Starachowice. The City Bike System in Starachowice (hereinafter also referred to as the RM System in Starachowice or the STAR BIKE System) will consist in providing a maintenance-free bike rental enabling short-term journeys, thanks to the possibility of renting bicycles located at bicycle stations. 2. The STAR BIKE system will consist of: 1) 11 bicycle stations equipped with 11 information totems (4 large totems and 7 small ones); the stations referred to above will be located in the places described in point IV.2. description of the subject of the contract (appendix. No. 1 to SWZ), 2) 150 bicycle racks, 3) 30 pcs. standard 4G bicycles, along with the accompanying software enabling the use of bike rental (whenever they are mentioned later in the document, they will be marked with the RS symbol), 4) 90 pcs. bicycles supported by an electric motor together with a set of batteries and chargers and accompanying software enabling the use of bicycle rental (whenever referred to later in the document, they will be marked with the RE symbol), including 10 pcs. bicycles equipped with child seats (up to 22kg), 5) 3 pcs. standard bikes for the disabled - 3-wheeled bikes with accompanying software enabling the use of bike rental, (whenever they will be referred to later in the document, they will be marked with the RN symbol), 6) an application allowing for starting, renting and returning a bike as part of the city bike rental system, 7) a system / platform for managing a bicycle fleet functioning in the Bike System.
