The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services in the Siewierz Municipality. The subject of the contract has been specified in detail in Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and includes in particular: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the City and Commune of Siewierz, 2) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the summer house is located, in the City and Commune of Siewierz, 3) equipment, collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Siewierz at 11 Ściegna Street.

1. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and includes, in particular: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the City and Commune of Siewierz, 2) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the summer house is located, in the City and Commune of Siewierz, 3) equipment, collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Siewierz at 11. 2 Ściegna Street. Waste management is to ensure that appropriate recycling levels are achieved, prepared for re-use and recovery by other methods and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste is reduced and sent to landfill in accordance with applicable regulations. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform tasks in 2022 in accordance with the schedule in force in the City and Commune of Siewierz. The Contractor is obliged to prepare a waste collection schedule for 2023 containing additional educational information, including, among others, the principles of waste segregation and its printing and distribution to the owners of inhabited real estate and to the owners of the property on which the summer house is located, also in the event of its possible changes. The schedule requires each time the approval of the Ordering Party. Detailed requirements for the schedule are indicated in the GTC. 4. The Contractor is obliged to equip and collect waste from the municipal selective collection point of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate and from the owners of real estate on which the summer house is located, located in the Municipality of Siewierz, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK for the duration of the contract. 5. The Contractor is obliged to manage the collected municipal waste in accordance with applicable regulations. 6. The Contractor's duties will include organizing in May or June 2023 the collection of bulky waste from inhabited properties and from properties on which a summer house is located and municipal waste is generated – in the system at the "source". 7. The Contractor is obliged to submit electronically to the Ordering Party evidence (weight, piece) confirming the transfer of waste to the installation. 9. The Contractor will be obliged to have a warehouse and transport base with technical and office facilities that meet the requirements of building, sanitary and environmental protection regulations located in the Siewierz Commune or at a distance of no more than 60 km from the commune border, in the area to which it has a legal title. 10. The Contractor is obliged to have the number of vehicles in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). of 2013, item 122) ensuring the proper functioning of the system in the City and Commune of Siewierz. 11. The obligation for the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment relationship is specified in Chapter III, point 41 of the SWZ. 12.
