The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for internal and external surfaces of the Courts at 15A Terespolska Street in Warsaw and parts of internal areas in the building at 12 Owsiana Street in Warsaw. Cleaning services include:
1) maintenance of cleanliness within the daytime and afternoon service of internal and external areas of the Courts at Terespolska 15A Street in Warsaw, where the District Court for Warsaw Prague-Południe and the District Court for Warsaw Prague-Północ in Warsaw is located,
2) maintenance of cleanliness as part of the daily and afternoon service of internal areas (office, sanitary, social premises) used by employees of the Courthouse Service of the Curatorial Court Service in the building at 12 Owsiana Street in Warsaw,
3) washing windows together with window frames and external sills - no more than 2 times during the term of the contract,
4) removal of snow, icicles and ice and snow overhangs from the roof of the courthouse

1) maintenance of cleanliness within the daytime and afternoon service of internal and external areas of the Courts at Terespolska 15A Street in Warsaw, where the District Court for Warsaw Prague-Południe and the District Court for Warsaw Prague-Północ in Warsaw is located,
2) maintenance of cleanliness as part of the daily and afternoon service of internal areas (office, sanitary, social premises) used by employees of the Courthouse Service of the Curatorial Court Service in the building at 12 Owsiana Street in Warsaw,
3) washing windows together with window frames and external sills - no more than 2 times during the term of the contract,
4) removal of snow, icicles and ice and snow overhangs from the roof of the Courts building at Terespolska 15A Street in Warsaw, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party - no more than 1 time during the period of the contract,
5) cleaning of carpet coverings in the courthouse at 15A Terespolska Street in Warsaw, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party - no more than 1 times during the period of the contract
6) Manual transport of heavy objects, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party - no more than 20 man-hours during the term of the contract.
4. For proper implementation of the service (applies to the Courts at 15A Terespolska Street and the building at Osiana Street 12) the Ordering Party requires a total of at least 38 people, including;
(a) at least 6 persons to provide day service (including 1 person for cleaning the external area of the property at Terespolska 15A Street);
(b) at least 31 persons to provide cleaning service from 16.30 (on Mondays from 18.30) and not later than 7.00 the following day;
(c) at least 1 person (Supervisory Supervisor) to exercise supervision on behalf of the Contractor over the quality of the services performed by the cleaning staff.
