DUO is looking for a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) Contractors who will make home visits at duo's request from their role as supervisors. The aim is to control the living situation of students who receive a live-in grant. The result of these home visits is to conclude whether lawful use is being made of the live-out grant. These home visits are the result of the legislation on the control of live-in grants under the Student Finance Act 2000.

The tender aims to select a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) market parties who will carry out the actual home visits in a professional manner for four years, in accordance with duo's guidelines, and will report on this to DUO. The result of these home visits is to conclude whether lawful use is being made of the live-out grant.
