The 5 companies are located in Region Mid and stand for waste management in comu-
nes Favrskov, Aarhus, Norddjurs, Syddjurs, Odder, Skanderborg and Silkeborg Kom-
friars with a total population figure at the turn of 2021/22 of approximately 670,000 distributed by
approximately 225,000 garden homes (detached houses, townhouses, etc.) as well as approximately 144,000 floor dwellings
(incl. college residences).
Cooperation jointly provides the pickup, sorting and marketing of hazardous waste in
environmental coffers from collection points in the catchment areas of the companies (the contract).
Cooperation jointly provides the pickup, sorting and marketing of hazardous waste in
eco-crates from collection sites in the catchment areas of the companies. Environmental coffers covered by
the supply of household is collected from the garden dwellings in the area in connection with
collection of other waste factions. To a lesser extent household is also collected
environmental boxes from smaller community buildings (typically settlements with up to 10 dwellings).
The winning Bidder contracts with each of the 5 companies on the basis of
the draft contract in the tendering material. Bidder invoices the companies individually and
have direct contact with each company about the collection sites.
Bidder is requested to submit a price per managed eco-box regardless of
collection site and the contents of the individual environmental box. The price offered shall cover
all benefits covered by the contract excluding benefits where separately requested;
price. The price per eco-box shall cover the pickup from the collection site, sorting of
contents of the boxes, washing the boxes, the output/processing of the sorted contents
from the boxes, delivery of cleaned boxes to the collection points and the supply of data
in respect of quantities, numbers of boxes handled, etc. Bidder shall additionally:
give price for providing transport units in the form of pallet cages, as well as for
special services (extraordinary pickup).
