In 2024, the client plans to procure production-ready low-floor solo and articulated regular-service buses with hybrid drive for use in its extra- and inner-city route network. Since ÜSTRA generally makes use of subsidies for the procurement of buses and coaches and can therefore not yet conclusively determine the concrete procurement requirements, it would first like to conclude a framework agreement with a provider in accordance with § 19 SektVO on the supply of buses with hybrid drive with a term until 31.12.2025.
