1.The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment entitled: "Construction of sanitary sewage system in part of Krze and Małobądz in the Bolesław Municipality, catchment P5 – STAGE I".
2.Scope: execution of gravity-pressure sanitary sewerage with sewage pumping station and discharge of sewage into the existing sewage system; execution and approval of the project of changing the traffic organization for the duration of the works; marking and securing the work site; start-up of the pumping station; obtaining from the owners of the plots statements on the restoration of the plot after the construction of the plot to proper condition and order; performing CCTV inspections with the help of an industrial camera; geodetic service; development of as-built documentation; notification of completion of construction to PINB in Olkusz.
3.The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract include: design documentation, bills of quantities, STWiORB.
1.The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment entitled: "Construction of sanitary sewage system in part of Krze and Małobądz in the Bolesław Municipality, catchment P5 – STAGE I". The task will be carried out on the basis of design documentation and building permit - Decision No. 883/2012 of 18.12.2012 issued by the Starosta Olkuski, to the extent consistent with the bills of quantities.
2.The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular:
2.1. execution of gravity and pressure sanitary sewage system together with a sewage pumping station and sewage discharge to the existing sewage system:
a) The gravity channel (R) shall be made of PEHD pipes, double-walled with diameters:
- ø 200 mm with length L=2022,0 m (sewer range: R2-R2.8, P5-R58, R20-R20.2, R32-R32.6,R34-R34.1, R39-R39.2, R2.5-R2.5.1);
- ø 160 mm with length L = 546,0 m (sewage connections on sections: R2-R2.8, P5-R58, R20-R20.2, R32-R32.6, R34-R34.1, R39-R39.2, R2.5-R2.5.1);
including 125 pcs. wells, including:
- ø 1000 – 83 pcs.
- ø 500 – 42 pcs.
In one well, located below the expansion well, a deodorizing filter should be installed. Equip the network with PE or PP manholes DN 1000 and DN 500 (in accordance with PN-EN 13598-2 and PN-EN 476) protected against buoyancy, execution for buildings up to 5 m of groundwater column (in accordance with the method described in PN-EN 13598-2). The base of the well is flat, resistant to deformation. Landing height 1/1D with bright kinet for easy CCTV channel inspection, non-slip surface structure.
The discharge channel (RT) shall be made of PE100 RC SDR 11 pipes with a diameter of ø 90 mm by controlled drilling at length L = 616,50 m and open trench at length L = 312,25 m. On the discharge pipeline should be made:
- concrete inspection well Ø 1500 – 1 pc.,
- concrete inspection wells Ø 1200 – 5 pcs.,
- expansion well Ø 800 – 1 pc.,
c) Sewage pumping station P5 with a diameter of 1.5 m and a connection power of 23 kW. It should be made as an underground pumping station with two submersible pumps working alternately, equipped with automation integrated with the monitoring of the network user. In addition, provision should be made for the pumping station to be equipped with a reserve pump.
d) The laying of pipelines is mostly provided for by asphalt. Road works include milling a 7 cm layer of asphalt along the entire width of the road and demolition of the foundation on the width of the trench. Reconstruction of the foundation should be carried out on the width of the trench, while the binding and abrasion layer over the entire width of the road.
2.2. execution and approval of the project of changing the traffic organization for the duration of the works,
2.3. execution of marking and securing the work site in accordance with the project of changing the organization of traffic,
2.4. start-up of the pumping station, in accordance with the start-up project previously approved by the Supervision Inspector,
2.5. obtaining from the owners of plots statements on the restoration of the plot after the construction of the plot to proper condition and order, the template of the statement is attached as Annex 14 to the SWZ,
2.6. PERFORMING CCTV inspections using an industrial camera with the measured longitudinal profile of the pipeline – paper version - 1 set. and electronic (PDF format on a pendrive) – 1 pc.
2.7. geodetic service with as-built geodetic inventory with a sketch – 4 sets, well cards – 2 sets. and an electronic version (PDF format on a pendrive) – 2 pcs., with confirmation of notification to the resources of the appropriate geodetic and cartographic center,
2.8. preparation of as-built documentation,
2.9. notification of completion of construction to the District Inspectorate of Construction Supervision in Olkusz.
3.A detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract shall be included in the following annexes to this SWZ: design documentation, bills of quantities, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting annexes From No. 12 to No. 13 to the SWZ.
