The subject of the contract is to perform in the formula design and build tasks under the name: "Extension of the functions of the Hrubieszów Sports and Recreation Center". The following elements of land development are envisaged:1)construction with land development of football pitches with artificial turf with roofing, lighting and ball grips;2) construction together with land development of multifunctional pitches with artificial turf with roofing, lighting and ball-tilts;3)construction of a skatepark (including skatepark for small children and for young people and adults)4) construction of an announcer with a storage function (including full equipment and installations)5) purchase complete artificial ice rink (with the necessary equipment)6) construction of a garage and warehouse building (with equipment and installations)7) implementation of a training center with hotel and catering infrastructure (cloakroom facilities). The construction of the center also includes installation and complete equipment, as well as cloakroom facilities

The scope of the task includes in particular:

1) Implementation of the design concept, taking into account the technologies planned to be used and technical and material solutions and presenting it for acceptance to the Investor,

2) execution of opinions and expert opinions necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract,

3) application for connection conditions,

4) preparation of full-industry design documentation with detail as for the executive project, along with the preparation of information on Safety and Health Protection (BIOZ),

5) obtaining opinions, arrangements, administrative permits, decisions, consents and approvals resulting from the provisions and derogations from the applicable regulations if necessary; obtaining an agreement on project documentation with experts of HEALTH and Safety, Sanepid, fire protection, environmental protection and other required regulations; preparation of the necessary other projects, e.g.: traffic for the duration of the works, workshop and other projects, as well as carrying out the required tests, checks, measurements, etc. necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract,

6) obtaining a final decision on the building permit for the implementation of the subject of the contract,

7) preparation of Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR),

8) execution of construction and assembly works on the basis of approved design documentation and based on the material and financial schedule of the contract,

9) exercising Author's Supervision,

10) preparation of as-built documentation,

11) carrying out acceptances and obtaining a use permit.
