European public procurement liability insurance for the municipalities of Stede Broec, Enkhuizen, Drechterland and a good employership insurance for the joint scheme SED-Organisatie.

We want to take out a new liability insurance for the three participating municipalities, namely Stede Broec, Enkhuizen and Drechterland (lot 1). A policy is taken out for each municipality. For the SED organization (common scheme) we want to take out a good employership insurance (lot 2).

The tenderer tenders for both lots, the lots are awarded to one supplier. The plots are inextricably linked. This is because in the current insurance market for these insurance products, the policy and insurance conditions are in line with each other and/or refer to each other. This also prevents any discussion about the handling of a claim between different insurers. We believe that the combination does not exclude insurers.
