In order to be able to proceed on an ad hoc basis with the acquisition of vehicles (new, used, electric, etc.) necessary for the execution of the missions of its services, the City of Guyancourt wishes to be able to benefit from a flexible purchasing system in this area. As such, the objective of this consultation is to set up a framework agreement with subsequent contracts comprising a maximum (within the limits of the tenders received) 5 operators per lot. Thus, each time the need arises, the operators selected under the framework agreement will be put back into competition, and the most economically advantageous tender will be selected in accordance with the selection criteria mentioned in the tender rules.
