A) NHS East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (hereafter the Commissioning Organisation) is seeking to commission a non-emergency medical transport service through an open procurement process. We are seeking a single provider to provide all Non-emergency medical transport services (NEMTS services). Whilst the provider will be able to sub-contract elements of the service to competent sub-contractors, it is expected that the provider will provide the majority of the services.

The preferred Bidder will be required to demonstrate how they will deliver services in an environment of transforming health care provision as outlined in the NHS 5 Year Forward View and East Riding of Yorkshire Transformation Plan Refresh 2016-2020.
