The purpose of this contract is to carry out the following different expertise missions:
— carrying out DPS and DS expertise missions for the Brussels-Capital Region within the meaning of the Ordinance on the Operation and Safety of Road Tunnels published on 16.5.2019;
— additional missions of expertise on specific subjects, upon request.
The Brussels-Capital Region (RBC) has just completed a strategic evaluation of its multi-year investment plan for its various tunnels. This was requested by the Minister for Mobility, Public Works and Road Safety and by the Directorate-General for Brussels — Mobility. It was the subject of a report containing several recommendations, including one related to the urgent completion of current RBC tunnel safety files.
This service contract is fully aligned with the continuation of this evaluation. It is intended to retain an expert for the preparation of the security report for each Security Record (SD) or Preliminary Security Record (DPS) assigned to it. Additional missions concerning various expertise may also be requested.
