The subject of this contract is the provision of insurance services for the PGE Narodowy complex in Warsaw and the activities of the Company managing the PGE Narodowy complex.
Property insuranceThe subject of insurance is property owned or used by the Insured during the insurance period (regardless of age, degree of redemption or technical wear). The subject of the insurance are also adaptation expenditures, an increase in the value of property resulting from improvement (modernization, renovation, etc.), as well as revaluation, newly acquired property and an increase in the value of property as a result of any investments. An increase in the value of fixed assets is protected on the basis of the automatic coverage clause. The Insurer's liability begins when the risk associated with the possession or increase in the value of property is transferred to the Insured.
Property insurance includes:
a) property insurance against all risks;
b) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks;
(c) machinery and equipment accident insurance;
d) terrorism/sabotage risk insurance.
Civil liability insurance for business and propertyThe subject of the insurance is civil liability for personal injury, material damage or pure financial loss related to the conduct of business or owned, used, administered or used property. Civil liability in tort (tort) and liability for non-performance or improper performance of an obligation (contract) as well as concurrent liability is covered.
The insurance will also cover damage caused by the Policyholder's employees. An employee of the Policyholder is considered to be a natural person employed on the basis of a contract of employment, appointment, election, appointment or on the basis of a civil law contract, under which the Policyholder is obliged to pay a contribution to the Social Insurance Institution. An apprentice, intern, volunteer or temporary worker is also considered an employee.
The protection will also be granted if, under the provisions of law or concluded agreements, the Policyholder is jointly and severally liable for damages with a subcontractor, co-worker or consortium member. The scope of the insurance cover excludes the civil liability of the insured as a result of the contractual assumption of the civil liability of a third party or as a result of the extension of the scope of own civil liability resulting from the Act.
